So I think in a Team you need Teamwork to make sure everything goes according to plan.

Teamwork is everyday.
You need Teamwork everyday, Teamwork can be very tough but give it a go. If you have Teamwork in a Team then it will show, if you haven't maybe give it a go. Helping someone out, or showing them the right way, or even giving them a smile to say dont give up, you dont want any drama that's not the way to go.
